Microclimates within certain regions of Brazil can produce some outstanding coffees such as this specific roast. Grown in the high mountains of Brazil, this 100% Arabica is roasted medium dark. It has relatively low acidity and exhibits a nutty, sweet flavor often bittersweet with a chocolatey roast taste. It contains nuances of cinnamon and dark chocolate. Rich in flavor yet delicate, this roast is pleasing to all palates.
